What we collect

When you fill in a quote-request form, you provide your name, email, phone (or WhatsApp), travel dates, party size, budget range, and any preferences you choose to share. That's the data we hold.

When you browse the site, your browser sends a normal request log to the host (IP, page, user agent). That data is held by the hosting provider per their standard policy. Maldives Postcards itself does not run analytics scripts that fingerprint or track you across other sites.

How we use it

Your inquiry data is used to plan and book your trip. That's it. We don't sell your data, we don't pass it to third parties beyond the resort and any flight/transfer partner needed to confirm your booking, and we don't add you to any marketing list without your explicit ask.

Where it lives

Fede's email inbox (Gmail) and WhatsApp account. Nothing else. No CRM, no analytics platform, no email-marketing list.

Your rights

You can ask Fede at any time to delete your data — your quote thread, your contact details, anything. Email escape@maldivespostcards.com or message him on WhatsApp and it's done within 7 days. You can also ask for a copy of what's held.

Cookies

This site sets one local cookie/storage entry to remember any draft you've started in the contact form so you don't lose it on refresh. That's it. No tracking cookies.
