How a booking works.
1. The first message.
WhatsApp me with: where you're flying from, when, who's going, rough budget, and the kind of trip you have in mind.
2. The shortlist.
I reply with three to five resort suggestions, each with a paragraph on why it might fit you. No spreadsheet, no portal.
3. The proposal.
We narrow it to one or two resorts. Good for a custom proposal: villa pick, transfer plan, dining suggestions, signature experiences worth booking ahead.
4. The booking.
You confirm. I book direct with the resort. Preferred-partner benefits applied. You get a confirmation email from the resort itself.
5. The trip.
I stay reachable through your trip — pre-arrival, in-trip, post-trip. Same WhatsApp.
A note on accuracy. Travel facts shift — villa counts get added, restaurants reopen under new chefs, transfer schedules change with the seasons. We update this site as often as we can, but the fastest, most reliable way to confirm anything before booking is to message Fede on WhatsApp. He'll tell you what's true today, not what was true last year.
