The honest bit

Laamu is not the easiest resort logistically. The transfer is more involved than the speedboat resorts near Malé, and guests should be comfortable with the extra travel time. For very short stays, that can matter.

The seagrass is one of the most important expectation points at Six Senses Laamu. The resort protects significant seagrass areas, which is good for the marine environment, but it can materially affect how the lagoon looks from certain villas. Some views are darker, more natural and less “classic Maldives blue” than guests may expect, especially if they are comparing against heavily cleared lagoons.

This is not just a minor detail.
