Dive and Snorkel: House Reef at Your Doorstep

The house reef begins where the white sand ends. A five-minute swim from the beach puts you over coral heads that drop to 12–15 metres. Turtles, rays, and schools of fusiliers are common; eagle rays and reef sharks appear when the current picks up. Snorkelling gear is complimentary, and the dive centre runs two boat dives daily to nearby thilas and kandus. Night snorkels with UV torches reveal fluorescent corals and sleeping parrotfish.
